Be specific about problem areas. Instead of "some bleeding," try "bleeding upper right molars and lower anterior." The more specific you are, the more targeted the document becomes for your patient.
Always tick applicable risk factors. Dry mouth, diabetes, braces, and implants all require very different home care advice. These checkboxes make the biggest difference to output quality.
